Landscape Maintenance Sales

Big Guy Landscape in Mashpee, MA is looking for you if you are:

Responsibilities Include:

  • Meeting with potential clients to discuss landscaping needs and measuring jobs.
  • Preparing estimates based on measurements and customer needs.
  • Sending accurate estimates in a timely manner.
  • Communicating professionally with leads, new and existing customers, office staff and other employees.
  • Following-up with potential leads and answering any questions.
  • Responsible for moving all jobs through our system from creation and scheduling to completion.
  • Maintaining our database of maintenance customers by adding special notes, accurate contact/property data and scheduling information.
  • Provide input on marketing campaigns.


Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in landscaping sales or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficient in using LMN or similar CRM software

Irrigation Technician

Objective:

Design, install, repair, and perform routine irrigation system maintenance.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Complete irrigation repairs, spring start-up and winter shut down.
  • Design and install new irrigation systems and additional zones (sprays, drip, micro drip).
  • Estimate repair work, installs and additional zones.
  • Arrive on time for each work day.
  • Properly document hours worked each day.
  • Operates company vehicles and equipment safely and responsibly.
  • For those with experience, snow removal positions available during winter months.


Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly pay of $27-$35 - based on experience.

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday 7:00AM Start time
  • Some Saturdays when needed

Requirements for Position:

  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
  • DOT Medical Card
  • Prefer 2 years experience as irrigation technician.
  • Ability to drive truck with trailer.
